SG will work closely with you to define search criteria and long list requirements

Our inhouse research function will identify a target list of candidates that satisfy the requirements

3. Market Mapping

SG will map talent within the target list to identify individuals who match the search criteria

4. Head Hunting

Using the most innovative recruitment tools, SG will approach the long list

5. Advertising & Network

We will advertise on specialist websites and access our exclusive network across the UK

6. Candidate Assessment

SG will assess all candidates against set criteria. Internal candidates can also be assessed alongside

7. Short Listing

SG will provide a shortlist of between 3 - 6 candidates. CVs will be presented alongside a candidate report
